To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and receipts.

Non-Refundable Charges:

Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

Only the product price will be refunded upon successful return.

Refund Exclusions:

As stated, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

Replacement requests must be raised within 1 day from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Replacement:

Follow the same process as initiating a return, but specify that you are requesting a replacement.

Replacement Processing:

Once the request is approved, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost.

In cases where the product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or an alternative product of equivalent value.

Additional Notes
Products not meeting the return/replacement criteria will be sent back to the customer.
