Return or exchange requests placed after 7 days of receiving your order will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, Good Price Store will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address.
If a reverse pickup is not available for your pincode, we will ask you to ship the items back to us using a reputable courier partner that provides a tracking number. Our warehouse must receive the return shipment within 10 days of requesting the return.
Please ensure the original packaging is intact for a reverse pickup. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all labels, tags, and accessories included. This is essential as items need to be resalable – returns that have been used or received without their original packaging, labels, or accessories will not be accepted for returns and exchanges.
Good Price Store will notify you as soon as we receive your return shipment. Upon verification, if the return meets the above requirements, we will process a refund or exchange.
Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.
In the case of an exchange, we will send the replacement upon receiving the return shipment. If the replacement item costs more than the original item ordered, we will send you a payment link for the balance amount. Conversely, if the replacement item is cheaper than the original, we will refund the difference.
Exchanges are limited to one-time only.
For hygiene reasons, Good Price Store does not accept returns or exchanges on certain electronics, such as headphones or personal care devices.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Good Price Store accepts cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. For cancellation, please contact Customer Care before your order is dispatched. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.
If your order meets the cancellation requirements, for pre-paid orders, you can choose to receive store credit for the full value or a refund back to your original payment method.
DAMAGES:
Good Price Store packs all merchandise with the utmost care. If you receive your package in poor condition or find it tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and notify our customer care team immediately. We will arrange to send a replacement shipment.
If you discover your product is damaged after delivery, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will respond within 48 hours of your request. Damage claims made after 48 hours will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
We may ask you to send us photographs of the damages to assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.
In the event of damage, Good Price Store will replace the damaged item at no cost to you. If we are unable to send a replacement, we will offer an alternative or a refund via your original payment method or bank transfer in the case of COD payments.
REFUND POLICY:
For returns, regardless of the reason, Good Price Store will issue a cash back. Please note that shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.
SALE POLICY:
Not all discounted items are eligible for returns or size exchanges. For sale items, we will exchange the product for a different size only, subject to a processing fee of INR 199.
